Founded 2015 in San Francisco, California by Michael Neril, it invests in early stage ventures, seed, series A, and series B rounds. Its portfolio companies include Koan, Waycare, CoLab Software and Backbone PLM. As of March 2020, Spider Capital has made 40 investments. Their most recent investment was on October 23, 2019, when Koan raised $3M. Spider Capital has had one exit, which was Bonfire Interactive. Spider Capital has raised a single venture fund, Spider Capital Partners II. The firm focuses on investments in United States, Canada, and Israel.
