Singularity University is a company offering executive educational programs, a business accelerator program, and innovation consultancy services. The programs offered through Singularity University and Singularity Group are intended to provide continuous learning, featuring on-demand and live or virtual programming, and offering a holistic and circular learning framework to help participants learn about technology and innovations.
Singularity University has partnered with Germany's International University of Applied Sciences to give participants a chance to attend Masters or MBA courses, while also being offered access to Singularity University's network of entrepreneurs. Through the program, participants are offered a chance to understand technologies such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, robotics, and synthetic biology, and their impacts on industries such as health, energy, transportation, and manufacturing.
Singularity University's executive program is intended to help participants develop a future-focused mindset through workshops, mentoring, and project-based work. The program is five days, and participants work on different sections, such as "forecasting and planning the future," "scanning the horizon," and "reframing your perspective." The program costs USD $16,000 to attend, and it selects only a few applicants from the reported thousands of global applicants who wish to participate. They look for an ideal applicant who has leadership qualities or capabilities, diversity of thought, and a passion for technology and its possible impact.
Singularity University offers a two-day conference, when participants are given a chance to gain understanding of practical applications for new technologies and the possible positive impact for people and the planet. As well, the conference gives participants a chance to connect, network, and establish industry connections. The conference program includes two days of over forty speakers, with recorded talks that participants are allowed to keep after the conference weekend is finished. The speakers chosen are entrepreneurs and pioneering voices who are considered to have driven essential change in strategy, investment, culture, innovation, policy, and digital transformation.
