Sergey Kislov

Sergey Kislov was born in Rostov-on-Don on December 7, 1960 to a family of teachers. In 1983, he graduated from Rostov State University with major in physics and holds the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences. In 1992, he founded Yug Rusi Group. Sergey Kislov does active social work, he is the Chairman of Agro-Industrial Union of Russia and Honorary Consul of France. Sergey Kislov was awarded Order of Honour, Order of Friendship, Medal of the Order of Merit for the Motherland of II and I Class, French orders Chevalier de l’Ordre du Merite Agricole and Officier de l’Ordre du Merite Agricole and other awards. Sergey Kislov is the Honorary Citizen of Rostov-on-Don.
