SBIR/STTR Award attributes
STILMAN’s Linguistic Geometry, Real-time Adversarial Intelligence and Decision-making (LG-RAID) Technology has been developed with extensive support from DARPA, NAVSEA and Department of Defense stakeholders. NAVSEA PEO IWS 1.0 desires to adapt, test, validate and transition this novel, innovative technology to accelerate tactical mission planning within complex strategic and tactical environments. In the initial SBIR Phase II Program, LG-RAID technology successfully demonstrated the capability to enhance the mission planning process and the mission execution of single ship and multi-ship task groups engaging complex and futuristic threats. STILMAN also has successfully achieved initial integration with MTC2.The primary Technical objectives of this CRP Phase II SBIR proposal are (1) testing, (2) validation, and (3) transition into the Navy service-oriented architecture for Battle Management Aids (BMA), which is the Maritime Tactical Command and Control (MTC2) environment within the Agile Core Services (ACS) of the Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES) network. As outlined in the Phase II Work Plan, after the transition, LG-RAID technology will enhance the mission planning process through automation of manual processes and support collaborative planning and tactical mission execution of multiple units and weapons platforms engaging highly complex and futuristic threats.
