Ruselectronics holding is a Russian holding , a national electronics vendor, unites electronic products manufacturers , founded in 1997 . The holding was created to consolidate the enterprises of the radio-electronic industry , develop a unified scientific and technical policy and development strategy, and financially rehabilitate assets. It unites more than 140 enterprises and scientific organizations specializing in the development and production of electronic components and technologies, means and communication systems, automated control systems, robotic systems, computer technology, telecommunications equipment.

The holding includes the country's leading radio-electronic concerns - Vega, Sozvezdie, Avtomatika, Control Systems JSC, Ruselectronics JSC, and the National Center for Informatization.

The managing company of the holding is JSC United Instrument-Making Corporation.

Since 2009, it has been part of the Rostec State Corporation , the share of Rostec shares is 100% [4] . Roselectronics is included in the block of strategically significant dual-use assets of the Rostec Corporation [5] .

The enterprises that are part of Ruselectronics JSC provide the production of about 50% of the entire electronic component base in the Russian Federation, 8% of the output of the radio- electronic industry as a whole and provide more than 10% of the industry's jobs [6] . The holding's products are supplied to more than 30 countries, including countries in Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America.
