The chain's history began with the Troekurov restaurant, which opened in 2001 and has been the most prestigious place in Yekaterinburg for more than 10 years with gourmet cuisine and impeccable service. The inspiration for the creation of the menu and the interior was the aesthetics of Russia in the 19th century. In 2004, the largest restaurant in our city "Ural dumplings" experienced a second birth. It has become a successful combination of classic service and a democratic free-float format, and the restaurant's menu combines traditional dishes of the Ural, Ukrainian, Caucasian and Uzbek cuisines.
