Reltime is a Norway-based technology company specializing in decentralized finance (DeFi) solutions. Users can open an account by downloading the app through the Google Play or App Store. The services are available in more than 150 countries worldwide and do not require any gas fees.

Businesses can utilize Reltime by becoming a Reltime reseller to accelerate the spread of its DeFi services. They can also integrate it into their existing platform or application including its PoA blockchain and DeFi ecosystem. Businesses can also benefit by having Reltime develop a Web3 platform for the existing company.

It is free to download the Reltime app, and users can send and receive money free of charge. To lend and borrow money, users can set their own interest rate, which includes zero as an option. The only fees that occur with the Reltime app are the microtransaction fees, also known as its "ecosystem gas fee." This is a fee that is charged for internal transactions within the Reltime ecosystem. The fee is paid with the stablecoin of the blockchain, Reltime Oxygen (RTO), and is set at RTO 0.1 .
