Raymond Loewy

Raymond Loewy (born November 5, 1893) was a French-American designer who is known for his work in industrial design. He was born in Paris, France, and held citizenship in both France and the United States. Loewy pursued his education at the Lycée Chaptal and the University of Paris.

Over the years, Loewy worked as a designer in various fields, contributing to the aesthetics and practicality of everyday objects. He passed away on July 14, 1986, in Monte Carlo.
