Quaestor is a San Francisco-based company that has developed an automated data platform that is to be used to create financial transparency between startup founders and executives and their investors.Its stated mission is to make startup finances easy with its financial tools.

The platform is meant to be accessed by startups and their founders so that financial data and decisions can be accessed by all involved. The platform automatically collects, standardizes, and synthesizes startup data allowing both parties to make metrics-driven decisions in order to accelerate the startup forward. Information that can be accessed on the platform includes cash in bank (which is updated monthly), cash flow for the month and previous two months, and estimated runway.

To keep its platform secure, the company's security is powered by Plaid and uses a two-factor authentication as well as 256-bit encryption. Interested clients can request Beta Access to the platform via the company's website.
