To help US Marine Corps Medical Logistics meet challenges of providing medical support to small groups of Marine Warfighters forward deployed in A2/AD environments, Premier Solution HI proposes a solution drawn from its unique experience developing modern digital logistics tools for DoN and supporting experimentation in field medical operations for DHA. Premier's JITMEDLOG solution combines AI-based modeling, demand signal collection and prediction, and systems integration to provide automated predictive supply ordering and delivery optimization that enhances the USMC’s logistics model with flexible just-in-time Class VIII supply capabilities. To accelerate development and reduce risk, JITMEDLOG will leverage SECDEVOPS capabilities and code developed for Premier’s CLIPBoard mobile logistics system, currently being used by Pacific Fleet. JITMEDLOG's software/hardware architecture will support and communicate with BATDOK to deliver coordinated health management and supply capabilities on a single mobile device. JITMEDLOG’s browser-based mobile application works with and without network connection to support medical operations and logistics situational awareness in the field, hospital, warehouse, and battalion. It runs in any modern browser, allowing it to function equally well on mobile phones, tablets, and laptop/desktop computers. JITMEDLOG’s automated predictive ordering collaborates with the delivery optimization algorithm to prioritize and organize supplies into groupings suitable for any delivery system, from small unmanned systems (UxS) to heavy lift transport. The supply use, demand stream data, and predictive orders collected and created by JITMEDLOG will be visible to medical, warehouse, and operational personnel.
