Ontario Venture Capital Fund (also known as OVCF) is an Ontario based venture capital fund being invested in innovative, high growth companies in Ontario. It is a joint initiative between the Government of Ontario and leading institutional investors including TD Bank, OMERS Capital Partners, RBC Capital Partners, Business Development Corporation and Manulife Financial. Launched in 2008, It is managed by Northleaf Capital Partners. $90 million of the $205 million Fund is committed by the government of Ontario.
