Novak Biddle Venture Partners was established in 1997 by E. Rogers Novak, Jr., and A.G.W. Biddle, III to provide equity financing and assistance to the management of startup information technology companies chiefly located in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Novak Biddle focuses its investments on information technology companies in the communications, consumer and internet, education, security, services, and software sectors. The company has over $580 million under management and is backed by a number of limited partners.

Novak Biddle Venture Partners is a member of the National Venture Capital Association.
