CHILDREN
Nikolay Rastorguev was born on February 21, 1957 near Moscow, in a small village Vnukovo. His parents were ordinary Soviet toilers. Father Vyacheslav Rastorguev - driver, mother Maria Kalmykova - seamstress. Mom immediately worked in manufacturing, but when the family's youngest daughter Larissa was born, she quit her job and worked at home to spend more time with her children

Dreams of becoming a musician appeared in his school years, and grew stronger after watching the famous picture "A Hard Day's Evening. It was there that he first saw the Beatles, heard their music, which captured his soul from the first chord. Having received a school certificate, which mostly had C's, he gave in to his parents' entreaties and became a student at the Moscow Institute of Technology of Light Industry. He had absolutely no desire to study, because his parents liked the institute more than he did. Constant absences began, instead of pairs Nikolai entertained himself with friends. Rastorguev did not even think that the head of their group was so responsible and principled, and regularly notified the dean's office of his classmates' truancy
Nicholas decided to straighten out the misunderstanding, but he pinned the headmaster too hard, so that he ended up in the hospital. The teachers turned on the negligent student and waited for him to make a mistake. They did not have to wait long, until the next session, for which Rastorguev was not ready. He failed all of his exams, and immediately received an order to expel him.
Nikolay was not upset, he decided that he was going to join the army. He really wanted to join the airborne forces, but to his great disappointment, they didn't take him anywhere.
