Nikolai Kondratiev (4 March 1892 - 17 September 1938) was a Russian economist born in Vichuga, Russian Empire. He held citizenship in both the Russian Empire and Soviet Union. Kondratiev was educated at Saint Petersburg State University.
After completing his education, Kondratiev went on to found the Institute of Conjuncture. In his career, he worked as an economist. Kondratiev's death occurred in Leninsky District, Moscow Oblast on 17 September 1938.
