In 2018, he changed the profile of commercial sales: he worked at ZAO Sandoz as a regional manager for working with key clients of hospital sales (direction of oncological and biopharmaceuticals). Developed sales of the company's oncology portfolio in the retail channel from scratch, establishing transparent relationships with pharmacy chains and commercial clinics in the Northwestern Federal District.
Managed the operational activities of pharmacies, supervised the work of territorial divisions, was involved in the development and implementation of a personnel motivation system, participated in rebranding and creating a new image of the pharmacy chain.
MamukaMamuka began his career in St. Petersburg as a pharmacist at the Raduga pharmacy chain and the Rosta Pharmaceutical Group. Worked his way up from the head of the group of projects of the marketing department to the director of the sales department of the North-Western Federal District. He built long-term relationships with pharmaceutical companies, managed the profitability of contracts. As part of the formation of the pharmacy association "Virtual Pharmacy Network", which unites 1,700 pharmacies in the Russian Federation, he was involved in the integration of pharmacy networks of partners.
In 2017, he headed the sales department of the Northwestern Federal District: Raduga-Pervaya Pomosh-Ladushka (FC Rosta) and Erkapharm Group (pharmacy chains Ozerki-Doctor Stoletov).
