The mobile application will increase efficiency and data integrity to provide day-to-day process improvements. The technical approach for Phase II will break down the features into two business areas: operational enhancements and training. The Phase II base will focus on expanding ShipChef menu building capabilities in addition to the creation of an automated policy training tool. The Phase II Option will work to expand ShipChef features by incorporating a training framework that will include cognitive learning principals coupled with a point-based achievement system. Value-added features will be included to provide an expandable framework for NAVSUP and meet usage demands due to fleet-wide adoption.
