Loop Therapeutics

Loop Therapeutics is headquartered in San Francisco, California and was founded in October, 2014 by Hugo Peris.Loop Therapeutics is a biotechnology and pharmaceutical company developing treatments for corneal diseases of the front and back of the eye. The company spun out of a Spanish pharmaceutical company called Salvat in 2014 as a company focused on developing novel treatments for ophthalmic diseases.

As of November 2018, Loop Therapeutics does not have any product candidates for the treatment of opthalmic diseases, but is doing the pre-clinical work necessary to begin testing their products in clinical trials.
