Lev Dodin

Lev Dodin is a Russian theater director born on May 14, 1944, in Novokuznetsk . He holds citizenship in both Russia and the Soviet Union . Dodin received his education at the Theater of Youth Creativity and the Russian State Institute of Performing Arts .

Throughout his career, Dodin has been honored with numerous awards, including People's Artist of the Russian Federation , Honored Artist of the RSFSR , and USSR State Prize . Additionally, he has received the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, both 4th and 3rd class , as well as the Order of Honor .
