Lee Haney

Lee Haney is an American former IFBB professional bodybuilder born on November 11, 1959, in Fairburn, Georgia . He is a citizen of the United States and was educated at Southern Methodist University . He is known for being a bodybuilder , and his current employer is the President's Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition . Lee Haney is married to Shirley and currently resides in Atlanta .

Throughout his career, Haney has earned various awards, such as the 1979 Teen Mr. America and Teen Mr. America Tall, where he placed 1st . He also won the Junior Nationals Heavyweight & Overall title and Nationals Heavyweight & Overall title in 1982 . In 1983, he took 1st place in the Grand Prix Las Vegas competition , and the Night of Champions event . Lee Haney's most notable accomplishment during his competitive career was winning the 1984 Mr. Olympia title .
