Kossan

Kosan is a company that develops and manufactures latex disposable gloves and other technical rubber products. The company was founded in 1979 in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia.

The company has made its products available in over 130 countries, provides over ten thousand metric tonnes of products per year, or over 28 billion pieces of rubber technology including gloves annually. The company produces technical rubber products and clean-room and safety products along with gloves. Some of their safety products include industrial personal protective equipment. They provide bouffant caps, face masks, industrial gloves, mob caps, safety shoes, and shoe covers.

COVID-19

Since the outbreak of the novel COVID-19 (coronavirus), personal protective equipment has increased in demand due to shortages in healthcare environments and hospitals around the globe. In response to the pandemic, Kossan has pledged to donate two million pieces of medical gloves to support Malaysian authorities and health workers. Their gloves are medical-grade and protect against viral penetration.
