Katrina Fox is an award-winning journalist, media coach and trainer, content marketer. She is the founder and editorial director of The Scavenger, Associate Editor of Ethical Futures: Conversations That Matter, and the author of "Vegan Ventures: Start and Grow an Ethical Business".
Education
In 1990 she received her Bachelor degree in Performance art (dance and drama) from the Middlesex University. In 1998 she received the NVQ Level 4 qualification in Journalism from the Journalism Training Centre. In 2014 she received a Certificate 1V in life coaching from the Coaching Institute.
Career
Journalist
Since 1997, has provided platforms for social change makers, such as activists, conscious entrepreneurs and ethical leaders in the business and corporate sector, to speak out, tell it how it is and inspire change. [2]
Media coach and trainer
Besides teaching practical techniques and strategies on the best ways to get media coverage, Fox also helps clients to install effective and empowering thinking patterns and behaviours to boost their confidence when being interviewed by reporters.
Content Marketer
Katrina Fox also creates and curates articles, blog posts, social media posts along with audio and video content to engage audiences.
Volunteer Work
She has been a speaker and a writer at Animal liberation NSW. She has spoken at and participated in various events and campaigns, including MC-ing the 2013 Cruelty-free Festival at Belmore Park in Sydney.
