Isabella II of Spain

Isabella II of Spain was born on October 10, 1830, in Madrid, Spain. She held the occupation of Queen regnant, ruling the country of Spain. Isabella II died on April 9, 1904, in Paris.

Isabella II was the founder of the Spanish Royal Academy of Sciences and the National Archaeological Museum of Spain. She had two notable children: Alfonso XII of Spain and Isabella, Princess of Asturias (1851–1931).
