Irv Robbins (1917-2008) was a Canadian-American entrepreneur, best known as a co-founder of Baskin-Robbins, a popular ice cream chain. Born in Winnipeg, Canada, he later obtained American citizenship. Robbins attended the University of Washington before embarking on his business career.
He established Baskin-Robbins with his partner, and the venture went on to become a key player in the ice cream industry. Irv Robbins passed away in Rancho Mirage, California, in 2008 at the age of 90.
