Hideo Kojima

Hideo Kojima (こじま ひでお) is a Japanese computer scientist, video game producer, writer, and screenwriter born on August 24, 1963, in Setagaya, Japan . He is best known for his work on the video game series Metal Gear and the game Death Stranding .

Kojima is the founder of Kojima Productions and the CEO of Death Stranding . Throughout his career, he has held occupations in various fields, including computer science , video game production , writing , and screenwriting . Hideo Kojima's contributions to the gaming industry have earned him recognition, including being inducted into the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences' Hall of Fame .
