Haruomi Hosono

Haruomi Hosono, born on July 9, 1947, is a versatile Japanese musician, composer, and record producer from Minato, Tokyo. He holds Japanese nationality and has worked in various genres such as rock, electronic, pop, exotica, progressive rock, folk rock, experimental, and psychedelic rock. Haruomi is a film score composer and also pursued other occupations such as actor, singer-songwriter, musician, and keyboardist.

During his career, he has used pseudonyms like ハリー細野 (Harry Hosono) and ハリー (Harry). Haruomi Hosono completed his education from RikkyoUniversity and also attended Rikkyo Niiza Junior and Senior High School.
