Our Story
The GreenBioX project was born out of concern to the situation of our planet, where the lack of environmental awareness on the part of various economic sectors is putting us on a path where we do not have a virtuous future.
Along with this thought is the remarkable growth potential and power that the metaverse can and will have to influence the world in the coming years. It can either worsen the situation or be used as a solution.
We realized that it would be necessary to engage as many people as possible so that we could really have an impact on the future of our planet. No other place would be better to engage people than the metaverse and the world of cryptocurrencies, where communities have active participation in the causes that they care about.
The starting point
As a starting point, the launch of the 'Bioma BioX' token and pre-sale began in November 2021. However, at the time of launch, an error occurred, and Bioma BioX was immediately replaced by a new contract, with the name of 'voaBioX'. The new tokens were sent to all investors who held Bioma BioX's.
After this setback, voaBioX took off, increasing its number of holders and attracting more people to the project every day, including more people willing to contribute actively. These people began to have a more active voice and influence in decision-making of the project. One of the main points for the continuity of the currency was the audit. After a lot of study and research, Solidity Finance was hired. Solidity had already audited more than 1,000 virtual currency contracts, totaling more than 10 billion dollars in market value.
A new challenge, a new opportunity
Upon completion of the audit, Solidity approved the contract and indicated some areas that could be improved to make it even more efficient. In order to always present the best solutions to our investors and partners, we implemented the changes suggested by the audit. However, due to some inconsistencies, our contract was locked, preventing the purchase or sale of the currency. Immediately our developers tried to revert the changes, but it didn't work. Solidity was called and gave us their full support, working together with our devs to find a solution. Meanwhile, our team, which had been formed during the period that voaBioX operated, began to think about another solution: Version 2.0.
