Fyodor Tolbukhin (born 4 June 1894, Yaroslavl Governorate, Russian Empire; died 17 October 1949, Moscow, Soviet Union) was a politician, military officer in the armed forces, and soldier. He served in both the Russian Empire and the Soviet Union.

Throughout his career, Tolbukhin received numerous awards, including the Medal "For the Defence of Stalingrad", Order of Victory, Medal "For the Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945", Order of the Red Banner, Medal "For the Defence of the Caucasus", and Medal "For the Liberation of Belgrade". He also received the Order of Lenin, the Soviet Union's highest award, and was a Hero of the Soviet Union.

Further, Tolbukhin received the Jubilee Medal "XX Years of the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army", Medal "For the Capture of Vienna", Order of the Red Star, Medal "For the Defence of Sevastopol", Medal "For the Capture of Budapest", Hero of the People's Republic of Bulgaria, Medal "In Commemoration of the 800th Anniversary of Moscow", and Order of Michael the Brave.
