Future Ventures is a venture capital and private equity firm that is headquartered in Los Altos, California and was founded in 2018 by Maryanna Saenko and Steve Jurveston. The firm is investing in technology companies operating in the commercial space, deep learning, quantum computing, artificial intelligence, robotics, aerospace, blockchain, sustainable transportation, synthetic biology, and clean meat. Future Ventures charges 2.5% in management fees and 25% of any profits made from the firms investments.
Future Ventures notable early stage venture capital investments include Memphis Meats, Mythic, Nervana, Planet, Skype, SpaceX, Tesla, Common Wealth Fusion Systems, Sutro Biopharma, Everspin Technologies, Tradex Technologies, and Zoox.
On February 15, 2019 Future Ventures announced raising $200 million for their first new venture capital fund. The funding will have a 15-year term, and be used to make long term investments in technology companies predicted to alter the future of work.
