Flatiron Partners was a venture capital firm that was in operations from 1996 to 2001. The firm was founded by Fred Wilson and Jerry Colonna. It was headquartered in New York City. When it was still active, Flatiron Partners specializes in funding companies at the early stage of development. Before it ceases its operations, Flatiron Partners managed to participate in 60 founding rounds across various companies developing internet-based products and services.
