Dexter Manley

Dexter Manley, born on February 2, 1959, in Houston, is a former American football player. He holds American citizenship and is also known by the nickname "Secretary of Defense". Manley grew up in Houston and attended Yates High School. He later attended Oklahoma State University–Stillwater. Manley, also known as Dexter Keith Manley, was based in Washington, D.C., during his football career.
