David Wain

David Wain (born David Benjamin Wain) is an American film director, screenwriter, film producer, comedian, writer, television producer, television director, and film editor . Born on August 1, 1969, in Shaker Heights, Ohio, Wain studied at the prestigious Tisch School of the Arts and Shaker Heights High School .

Wain is best known for his work as the director of the films "Wet Hot American Summer" and "They Came Together" . In addition to directing, Wain has been a member of the board of directors of the "Wet Hot American Summer" project .
