ComVentures was a U.S.-based venture capital firm focused on investments in digital media and communications companies. The firm changed its name in November 2007 to Fuse Capital.

ComVentures was a U.S.-based venture capital firm which in November 2007 changed its name to Fuse Capital following a merger between Velocity Interactive Group and ComVentures.

ComVentures managed over $1.4 billion in assets.

The firm was started in 1987 by Roland Van der Meer and partners. ComVentures's first fund was a $13 million investment vehicle. The firm's strategy was to invest in the build-out of digital, wireless optical networks.
