1999 was the year of founding Chelyabinsk Reducer Plant LLC.
The main activity of the Company was to provide industrial enterprises of the Ural and Siberian regions with general industrial gearboxes (cylindrical, worm, bevel-cylindrical, motor-reducers) of various manufacturers.
At the end of the same year, it was decided to purchase the first machines of the turning and milling group in order to reduce the time for changing the assembly options for certain types of gearboxes.
The years 2000-2003 became a period of active expansion of the production potential of the enterprise, expansion of sales markets, and an increase in production personnel.
In 2004, with the support of the Department of Mechanical Engineering Technology of the South Ural State University (South Ural State University) of the city of Chelyabinsk, a design department was created.
In 2005, the production of cylindrical gearboxes was mastered: 1TsU, 1Ts2U, 1Ts3U, which was the beginning of expanding the list of manufactured gearboxes and reducing the share of resold gearboxes in the total supply
The global financial and economic crisis of late 2008 and early 2009 did not bypass our enterprise. The decrease in production volumes reached 27%. The III quarter of 2009 was marked by an increase in production volumes, and at the end of 2009 the production volume reached the level of the pre-crisis period. Despite this, the management of the enterprise managed not only to keep the staff, but also to increase the number of employees by organizing new jobs and acquiring new pieces of equipment.In 2010, for the convenience of customers, a system of electronic control over the execution of the order was introduced, and 3D animation of gearboxes was added to the company's website, which allows you to see the principle of operation of the mechanism.
In 2011, a transport workshop was organized, 12 units of cargo, cargo-passenger, passenger vehicles of such brands as Mitsubishi, Isuzu, Foton and others were purchased. Now delivery in Chelyabinsk and the Chelyabinsk region from 10 kg. carried out free of charge.
Built in 2012 and put into operation in mid-December of the same year, a new additional 2000 sq. meters created the prerequisites to significantly increase the production of gearboxes in 2013.
2013 was held under the auspices of increasing investment in the company's fixed assets. Purchased and installed new, modern, high-precision equipment. Imported turning and milling machining centers. The changes also affected the area of heat treatment of parts. The company supported the experience of industrial tourism. During the year, about a hundred industrial tours of the enterprise were held. Often such events ended with the signing of long-term contracts for the supply of gearboxes.
Despite the ongoing events, in 2014 it was possible to build and put into operation a new workshop for processing body parts with a total area of 1100 m2. The workshop is equipped with new imported equipment, paid for even before the fluctuations in the exchange rate. In addition, for the convenience of receiving goods, a major overhaul of the warehouse for finished products was carried out.The field tax audit conducted in 2015-2016 confirmed the viability of the enterprise. For 2016 MAAG gear grinding machines (Switzerland), UNION horizontal boring machine (Germany), SOLEX CNC lathe (Japan-China) were purchased, volumetric hardening furnace (Russia) was put into operation.
Today it is a dynamically developing, stable company, which is a reliable supplier of gearboxes and gearmotors for many large, medium and small enterprises in Russia, as well as near and far abroad.
