BneBen Zhou is thea Co-foundercofounder and CEO of BybitBybit, a cryptocurrency derivatives exchange headquartered in Singapore. From 2010 to 2017, he worked as the Chinese General Manager of XM, a forex and CFD broker.

Zhou spent his teenage years in New Zealand and attended university in the United States. He then returned to China to work at XM for seven years, before co-foundingcofounding Bybit in early 2018. In 2017, he formed a YouTubeYouTube channel to educate viewers about cryptocurrency before Bybit was established.

Zhou got into crypto in mid-2016, after hearing about blockchain technology and the token economy system. After researching the crypto market, he began creating video reviews of projects, and used WeChatWeChat to foster the crypto knowledge exchange between the westernWestern and Asian worlds.
