Balaji S. Srinivasan is an angel investor and entrepreneur known for his roles at Coinbase, Andreessen Horowitz, and Earn.com. Balaji earned his Bachelor's, Master's, and Ph.D from Stanford University in the span of 1997 to 2006.
Balaji was the formerly CTO at Coinbase, a General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz, and a co-founder of various companies such as Earn.com, where he was CEO, as well as at Counsyl, Teleport, and Coin Center. He has been named to the MITTR35, and has been awarded a Wall Street Journal Innovation Award. His degrees from Stanford University are in Electrical Engineering and Chemical Engineering.
Srinivasan has been an angel investor and advisor to companies such as Soylent, Toen Daily, Teleport, Glow, Terminal.com, Gencove, 1Confirmation, TryBTC, Coin Center, Paradigm, Shrug Capital, Cameo, Superhuman, ZenGo. His venture capital investments have been in Digital Ocean, Omada Health, OpenGov, Benchling, Tradeblock, Axoni, SolveBio, HumanAPI, and Medisas. He has also invested in Bitcoin and Ethereum.
