Asvio Bank

On October 30, 1991 Chernihivbank LLC was registered by the National Bank of Ukraine. By the decision of the constituent meeting of shareholders dated September 20, 1993, the institution was renamed into a joint stock company - Joint Stock Bank "Chernigovbank".

On April 28, 1999, Chernihiv Bank was renamed into Privatinvest Joint-Stock Company by the decision of the establishment of the bank-court dated April 28, 1999, which became the owner and successor of all obligations of the association.

By the decision of the bank-court dated April 8, 2002, this joint-stock banking structure was renamed Privatinvest Bank LLC, which became the owner and assignee of Privatinvest OJSC.

By the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated December 21, 2009, the form and name of the company were changed from Privatinvest LLC to Public JSC Joint Stock Bank Privatinvest, which became the right holder and assignee for all obligations.

During 2016-2017, the bank was audited by the SFS (State Financial Service of Ukraine) in the Chernihiv region, the Deposit Guarantee Fund and the National Bank of Ukraine. The final test result is positive. No shortcomings, including those not characteristic of the Ukrainian banking sector, or those that would threaten the existence of the institution, were identified.

By decision of the bank and the court dated April 23, 2018, Public JSC "ASVIO BANK" changed its legal form to Private JSC. Also, the organization was renamed into CLOSED JOINT STOCK COMPANY "ASVIO BANK". The renewed ASVIO BANK became the owner and successor of all obligations of the previously established state institution.
