In the previous fiscal year, Astronomer reported over 150% year-over-year growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) for its Astro platform. The company also achieved a Net Revenue Retention rate of 130% and reported that over 90% of its customers are actively utilizing its products. Apache Airflow's popularity has surged in tandem with the rise of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning operations (MLOps). In 2024, Airflow was downloaded more than 324 million times and is now used by over 80,000 organizations. Astronomer's engineering team has played a pivotal role in driving the development of Airflow, including the recent release of Airflow 3.0, which introduced enhanced security features and improved usability.
