Alana (company)

Alana is a Mexico City-based company that seeks to match companies with the talent and diminish employee turnover. They focus on jobs in the hospitality industry. The company was co-founded by Ignacio Martinez, Rafael Leon and Daniel Bernardez in 2017.

Alana Jobs, through their mobile and web applications, provides a solution to job-seekers by offering them an easy-to-use and up-to-date platform that shows them all of the relevant open jobs nearby, while seamlessly offering companies an opportunity to immediately connect with and hire interested applicants.

Alana offers a web and mobile app, and facilitate scheduling through an automatic internal agenda. They also generate live reports for companies to track their HR process such as time spent in recruiting, turnover rate, current staff satisfaction, etc.

DILA Capital, a Mexico-based Venture Capital firm, announced investment in Alana in May 2019.
