Abalis Finance AG was established in 2006. The company invests as Lead- or Co- investor in startups in the field of life science technologies, pharmaceuticals, industry solutions and industry waste disposal. In all of their investments they take an active role by advising and supporting the management in strategic and company issues. They assist young enterprises in structural and administrative matters, taxes, regulations, legal and copyrights matters and also in financial, investment, and liquidity planning.

Abalis Finance owns and operates Abalis Pharma AG which is active in the development, marketing and licensing of value added pharmaceutical product with a focus on novel patentable solutions for solid dosage forms.
