Tong Liya (8 August 1983 - ) is a Chinese actress of Xibe ethnicity, a native ochar Xibe Autonomous County, Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, who graduated from the acting department of the Central Academy of Drama. She is currently a director of the China Television Artists Association.
