In 1994-2003 he worked at the Belarusian Metallurgical Plant. He began his career as an assistant steelworker. Then, for nine years, he performed the duties of a process engineer in the laboratory of energy technological modes, an engineer of the metallurgical production group in the production and technical department, headed the steel smelting laboratory in the central factory laboratory, the steel smelting laboratory in the scientific and technical department.
In 2003-2015 he continued his career at the Nizhneserginsky Hardware and Metallurgical Plant. He held the positions of Deputy Chief technologist, head of the technical department of steelmaking, head of the engineering department, head of the technical department.
In 2015, Technical Director of PJSC "Ashinsky Metal Plant".
