WISER Systems, Inc. is a woman-owned small business providing best-in-class real-time asset tracking in nearly any environment. WISER's real-time location system (RTLS) currently powers applications in aerospace, manufacturing, energy, yard management, and many other industries. This new-to-the-world RTLS enables autonomous tool tracking and inventory of live, immediate coordinates of tagged objects or personnel. WISER proposes to pair its RTLS with Williams Software Associates (SWA) Corp's asset management system to create a new hybrid RTLS/RFID asset tracking solution usable both in defense and commercial cases. SWA Corp is a service-disabled-veteran-owned small business specializing in asset tracking software and systems for defense customers. The proposed WISER/WSA Corp solution anticipates addressing Focus Area 11: Base of the Future Concepts, Technologies, and Technology Applications and Joint Partner end-user User Need Idea No. 3660. Another potential end user is the 60th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron (AMXS). The 60th AMXS supports 24-hour operations, managing repairs for several aircraft. This work requires many technicians and clerks, as well as thousands of repair tools. The 60th AMXS currently operates a tool tracking, issue, and inventory product, but this product lacks capabilities for real-time inventory tracking, RFID, automated inventory over shift changes, entry/exit alerts, and always-on inventory monitoring.
