Vitaliy Borisovich Antonov (ukr. Vitaliy Borisovich Antonov; born December 12, 1962, Stryi, Lviv region) is an entrepreneur originally from the investigation of Ukraine, the founder of OKKO Group. PhD in Economics.
In 1970-1978 he studied at the Stryi secondary school No. 4.
In 1988 he graduated with honors from the Ternopil Financial and Economic Institute with a degree in Finance and Credit.
In 2011 he defended his dissertation for a PhD in Economics on the topic: "Activating the attraction of foreign direct investment in the economy of Ukraine in the context of global competition."
Since 1999, Vitaly Antonov has been the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Lithuania in Lviv and the Lviv region, and since 2007, the General Honorary Consul of the Republic of Lithuania in Lvov[28].
