Vik Bansal is the CEO at InfraBuild. In 2015, Bansal developed the Footprint 2025 infrastructure strategy to invest in technology and facilities to drive resource recovery around Australia. In 2020, Footprint 2025 entered phase two with a focus on moving across the waste value chain to enable on-shore circular economies for materials such as plastic and glass.
Vik holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with Honours, an MBA, and has completed the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of Engineers Australia. He is a founding board member of the National Waste & Recycling Industry Council (NWRIC).
