Ltd., a Singapore company, and the Trust are run on a not-for-profit basis and any profits from the Universal Protocol Platform will be used to reimburse UP Alliance members, to buy back UPT, or given to environmental charities, in mitigation of blockchain’s energy intensity, and charities supporting economic inclusion.
