A new and distinct Spathiphyllum cultivar named ‘S39’ is disclosed, characterized by dark green, glossy foliage, early foliage production and rapid, compact growth. The new variety maintains its dark green foliage color under higher than normal light conditions, or low nutrient levels. The new variety is commercially suitable for six inch pot production. The new variety is a Spathiphyllum, typically produced as an indoor ornamental plant.
