In a secondary battery, a foldable portion from which part of the components is removed by forming openings in a current collector becomes thin and can be more likely to be bent than the other regions. A cylindrical cushioning material overlapping with the foldable position of the secondary battery is provided. The provision of this cushioning material makes it possible to fix the minimum radius of curvature of the secondary battery at the foldable position. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the exterior body from being broken due to bending along a curved surface with a smaller radius of curvature than a diameter of the cushioning material.
