Patent abstract

A refueling method for supplying fuel to at least one piece of fracturing equipment by installing a main fuel source at a fractionation operation, connecting the main fuel source to fracturing equipment to provide downhole fluids to the well, and connecting at least one pressurization unit to the main fuel source. The method includes using a valve element to stop fuel flow from the fuel tank when the main fuel source supplies the fuel to the supply coupling device and allows fuel flow from the fuel tank to the at least one pressurization unit when a system failure prevents the main fuel source from supplying fuel to the supply coupling device and using the return fuel line with the return coupling device for the transfer of the fuel to the fuel tank when a system failure prevents the main fuel source from supplying the fuel to the supply coupling device.
