Systems, apparatuses, and methods for enabling the efficient configuration of a User Interface (UI) for a user so that the configured UI represents the UI elements used most commonly by the user. In one embodiment, the invention may be used by the operator and users of a multi-tenant business data processing platform to permit each user to be associated with a specific configuration of UI elements and capabilities based on that user's typical or most common usage patterns. Further, in one embodiment, information or data that represents the UI configuration associated with a user may be encoded and provided to the multi-tenant business data processing platform in an efficient manner to enable the platform to present the desired UI to that user.
