An electronic device includes a baseband signal processor configured to convert a baseband signal to an envelope signal, a power amplifier configured to amplify a Radio Frequency (RF) signal based on the baseband signal, a power modulator configured to modulate an input voltage to a bias voltage of the power amplifier based on the envelope signal, and a power controller configured to control an operation of the power modulator according to a characteristic of the baseband signal.
